“I’ve been coming here for years… since 2016. I do love everything about Dr. Duffy. The time that he took, very thorough, he answers all questions and gives excellent recommendations. He just gives me an overall great experience. I’m still getting to know Stephen, he’s pretty good as again, I’m still getting to know him. I love the staff! I don’t ever wait long, if I do I know it’s because Dr. Duffy is being thorough with his other patients so I would never complain about waiting because that’s
exactly what I want.”

“I’ve been here for about three years now, it’s wonderful here. I’ve been very pleased here, I had injections, then surgery and then I got an infection from surgery. I’m getting better now. I’ve seen a number of doctors here and I truly like every single one of them. The staff also really helped me with a personal issue that I was dealing with, and they just really helped me in a way they didn’t have to. I can do family activities now with my 4 grandchild and that really is so important to me!”

“I’ve been at CIPS for about a year now. It’s just pretty good here. The doctors are knowledgeable. I love Dr. Winas, I prefer to see him. I like his bedside manners, he’s knowledgeable, and he really listens. My pain is kind of staying the same, no drastic improvement yet. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful.”

“The service and the staff are phenomenal. They didn’t just meet my expectations, they exceeded them. That’s very hard to do as a doctor’s office these days especially during the pandemic. Everyone else is in a state of paranoia. But here, it just rolls. You are not just a number you are a person. At the pharmacy you are just another number. This place makes me feel like a person. Here they communicate with me and actually look me in the eye. I live in in Smyrna and I come all the way here. I get asked why I come all the way here, and it’s because I’m treated like a person. Anyway, another patient told me to come here and she said if you want to get treated like a person… come here. You can tell that everyone here loves their job. The staff is happy which results in a happy patient!”

“It’s pretty good here, everyone is helpful and understanding! I like Dr. Roth a lot actually, he listens to me and makes feel very comfortable. Not much progression yet because my nerves are shot, I’m doing a lot more at home since my husband isn’t able. I do what I can, and some days are worse than others. Staff is very nice and very cordial! I like how they made the adjustments here, there’s two doors one for entrance and one for exit. That was really nice of them to adjust like that for our needs and how this world is changing.”

“My experience here is good, I’ve been here for a couple years now. My pain is mainly staying the same, but the injections do help when I get them. When I get the injections, I’m much happier because my legs stop hurting so badly. I like Dr. Woo because he talks to you about every single thing. He explains everything to me and clearly, he’s relatable. Staff is good! One of my friends used to come here and he told me to call and so I did, and it’s been great!”

“It’s been a pretty good experience here. I’ve been here for a while now. I like Dr. Woo, he’s pretty nice and he listens to you. That is important! I like Dr. Rafique as well. All are pretty nice! When you are in pain, people just don’t understand pain… having a doctor that you’re comfortable with is important. They actually listen, they aren’t telling you what your pain is, they are listening to you about your pain. The most important thing to me Is having compassion. I’ve seen a lot of doctors and I’ve been in pain for 17 years; the attitudes here help me more than they would know.”

“–CIPS is wonderful! They listen to you; they are actually concerned here. I like Dr. Roth, again he just listens, and he’s sincerely concerned for me which is why I like him and this place. It’s more like a family when you come in here. Everything is great here, which is why I continue to come here! I can’t think of any type of pf improvement that CIPS needs to make.”

“I’ve been coming here for about 3 years. It’s been pretty good. All physicians are pretty fair and listen to you. They do the best they can to help you out. Dr. Venk is my man. We would talk about other things like football, and he made me comfortable and that’s what it’s all about. Once the convo gets going, he was relatable to me and there was no forcing of anything and that made it better. That’s really what it’s all about, being personable and relatable. They do a pretty good job here, I don’t see any room for improvements, you get in and you get out. Pretty good job here!”

“I’ve been here about 6-8 months, and it’s been alright. I like the Silverside office a lot better! Dr. Roth was great when I saw him at Silverside. This Silverside office is SO much better because I’ve been at this one 3 or 4 months and it’s just so much better.”

“It’s good here at CIPS, I’ve been here for a couple years now. I’ve improved tremendously since coming here. I’m driving for about 2 hours now without getting any pain that I used to get which is amazing. I see Dr. Duffy and he’s very good, he explains things a whole lot better than other physicians I’ve seen in the past. The staff though, is excellent! They are very nice, welcoming, know my name which is great. To be honest with you I have no improvements, out of all the doctors I’ve been going to, these guys are the best of them all!!”

“I’ve been here for a couple months, I just had lower back surgery in June. My progress has been good. With Dr. Nasr’s help I was back to work in 3 months. After having three vertebrae fuses. I was back to work full time in months. He helped me achieve my goal. I like Dr. Nasr; he wasn’t judgmental at all. He didn’t treat me like someone off the street because people do judge you when you go to pain management. He listened to what I had to stay, understood what I needed to be done, understood my goals and helped me achieve them. The staff is very friendly, they listen, and no one is judgmental at all.”
