Stephen McCann is a Delaware native and dual board-certified nurse practitioner with a strong clinical foundation built across acute care, chronic disease management, and behavioral health. He earned his Family Nurse Practitioner certification through Wilmington University and his Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification through the University of Cincinnati.
With over a decade of experience working in intensive care units and the past six years in pain management, Stephen brings a practical, whole-person perspective to psychiatric care—especially where mental health and physical symptoms intersect. He provides evidence-based evaluation and treatment for ADHD, OCD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, partnering with patients to develop clear, individualized plans that support meaningful, sustainable progress
