Meaghan Descher, NP
Meaghan is a dedicated adult nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience. She has a background in geriatric care, orthopedic, wound care, medical-surgical care, and adult medicine. Her approach to care is comprehensive and she is committed to providing high-quality health care especially to the geriatric populations. She believes in forging relations with her patients to help understand their health needs and goals and work collaboratively with each individual to develop a plan of care that helps the patient achieve his/her health goals.
She strives to teach and educate patients about their plan of care, medical management, and procedures. Meaghan has been married for 12 years and has 3 very active children and a dog that keep her busy outside of work. She enjoys camping, hiking, and outdoor activities with her family.
