Harley was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated with a B.S. in Human Biology from Chatham University in 2016 and a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University in 2018. While obtaining her Master’s degree, Harley gained experience in family medicine, general surgery, emergency medicine, pediatrics, psychiatry, hospital medicine, and infectious disease. She went on to practice urology in the region of northeastern Pennsylvania furthering her skills in surgical care, pain management, and outpatient medicine. Harley strives to treat patients with compassion and kindness. She is passionate about being a PA-C because it allows her to collaborate with the entire team to provide the best possible care. She recognizes the importance of involving patients in their care plan so that patients feel comfortable with the plan. Her goal is to get patients back to functioning and improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, Harley spends her time with her husband and two labradoodles. She enjoys going to the beach, reading, bird watching, and gardening.
