The biggest question that people have is what do you do? How can you help me? Will you actually be able to help me? We do our best to train our staff to be well versed in how and what we treat so they can explain to the patient and put them at ease, even on their first initial phone call. We explain what our pain management physicians will do and that we do no treatment without all of their consent. We go out of our way to make sure they completely understand the care that we are going to provide.
